Please read these terms carefully before using Flowra’s services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flowra platform or any of its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
These terms apply to all users of Flowra, including account administrators, analysts, and any other personnel granted access by your organization.
2. Description of Services
Flowra provides a SaaS inventory decision engine that includes:
- Risk scoring engine: Product-level risk analysis across stock build-up, sales velocity, demand trend, and client retention dimensions.
- Demand forecasting: AI-driven velocity tracking and demand trend models applied to your transaction history.
- Client intelligence: RFM segmentation and churn prediction applied to your customer order history.
- Profitability analytics: Margin analysis, discount leakage detection, and VAT exposure tracking by product and client segment.
- Simulator: Free environment to test Flowra’s analysis against sample or demo data before committing.
Flowra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Account
To access Flowra, you must create an account using accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at contact@flowra.io. Flowra will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use where you failed to notify us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
- Attempt to hack, probe, or overload Flowra’s systems or infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the services without written authorization from Flowra
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or models
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Flowra platform — including the software, interfaces, algorithms, predictive models, brand assets, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Flowra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during the subscription term. No ownership of any Flowra intellectual property is transferred to you.
Your business data (ERP data, transaction history) remains your property at all times. Flowra will not access, copy, or use it beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the contracted services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.
Flowra’s total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting our team. Flowra may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
We will provide a reasonable export of your data upon written request within 30 days of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
