AI operations assistant

Your business’s AI assistant.

Unlike chatbots that wait for questions, Flowra continuously watches your operations, finds what needs attention, and drafts the next action — with the evidence behind it. Your team stays in control: Flowra recommends, humans approve.

Starting with inventory operations, Flowra tracks stock risk day and night, drafts the next move, and shows its reasoning — no change reaches your systems without your approval.

  • “Your supplier delivery is delayed — here’s the impact.”
  • “SKU-4821 runs out in 12 days — reorder 500 units?”
  • “Margin is slipping on this product — review pricing.”

What operations teams say

“We were sitting on three months of slow stock we couldn’t see in one view. Flowra flagged it in the first analysis — we cleared it before the season ended.”

Operations Director, regional FMCG distributor — €240k recovered

“The risk score gave our purchasing team a single number to align around. Decision-making went from weekly debates to daily actions.”

Supply Chain Manager, mid-market wholesaler — 18% fewer emergency transfers

Beyond dashboards. Beyond chatbots.

Dashboards show data. Chatbots answer questions. Neither runs your business.

Static reports wait to be opened. Chatbots wait to be asked. Flowra doesn’t wait — it watches, flags, and drafts before you think to ask.

Problems surface after the decision window closes

By the time a report flags a risk, it’s often too late to act on it. In inventory operations, that’s a stockout discovered after the lost sale.

A chatbot waits for your questions

Most AI assistants react to prompts. Flowra continuously watches your business data and surfaces risks before someone has to ask — stockouts, margin drift, dead stock, and operational issues.

Slow-moving risk hides in the aggregate

Capital, time, or margin quietly leak in the long tail — invisible until someone builds the right report. In inventory, that’s dead stock nobody flagged in time.

The right person never gets the right signal

Teams work from separate exports and coordinate in meetings — not in the moment the decision actually needs to be made.

How Flowra works

Four layers. One intelligence. Always the human who decides.

Flowra is not another dashboard to check each morning. It is a coordination layer between your data, your roles, and your decisions — operating in the tools your teams already use.

01 / See

Data — connect and understand

Flowra ingests your ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, or SQL source and builds a live model of what’s happening in your business — nightly or on demand. First deployed for inventory: stockout risk, dead stock, margin drift, demand forecast.

02 / Understand

Role-aware reasoning — each in its own language

The same intelligence reaches every employee in the format and depth their role actually needs — not one generic alert.

03 / Coordinate

Flowra — link people and decisions

When a local signal affects another team, Flowra routes it to the right person at the right time — in Slack, Teams, or email.

04 / Decide

Humans — context, judgment, responsibility

Flowra prepares. Your team decides. Every recommendation includes the evidence, the confidence level, and a clear proposed action — never an opaque order.

Evidence-backed AI

Most AI gives you an answer. Flowra shows its work.

Here’s the answer, here’s the evidence, here’s the confidence level, and here’s why. Every recommendation is built to be checked, not just trusted.

01

The fact

What is observed in your data right now.

02

The forecast

What is anticipated based on velocity, lead time, and seasonality.

03

The recommendation

The proposed action — with alternatives when available.

04

The confidence

How certain Flowra is — and what would raise it.

05

The hypotheses

What the recommendation rests on — auditable, not a black box.

06 – 07

Action & arbitration

What to do next — and how to correct, refuse, or enrich before acting.

Flagship use case — inventory operations

See it in action: inventory.

Inventory is where we built the deepest business knowledge first. Same assistant, same reasoning engine — applied to stock, margin, and reorder decisions.

Know which SKUs are moving — and which are trapping cash

Real-time inventory turnover and velocity scoring per SKU. Identify slow movers before cover days breach your reorder threshold.

Turnover, velocity, days-of-cover per SKU

Catch margin leakage before it hits the quarterly close

Discount tiers, return credits, and mix shifts flagged at SKU level — not after the fact in a management report.

Margin leakage flagged daily per product

Protect attach rates with product co-movement analysis

Identify which SKUs sell together and which substitute for each other — so a stockout on one doesn’t cost the full basket.

Co-movement and substitute detection

ML risk scores that prioritize your reorder queue automatically

Every SKU scored low to critical using velocity, cover days, lead time, and seasonality — with the recommended action attached. No black box.

Explainable ML risk score per SKU

Ask your inventory questions in plain English

“Which products will stock out next month?” gets an answer in seconds — with the data behind it, not a ticket to the BI team.

Natural language inventory queries

Stockout and dead stock alerts before your team opens the ERP

Flowra syncs in the background and sends risk alerts via Slack, Teams, or email — so critical inventory moves never go unnoticed overnight.

Automated alerts via Slack · Teams · Email
Role intelligence

One data source. An avatar for every role.

The same ML signal, translated into the language and depth each person needs — without an analyst in between.

Stock manager

Short alerts with a recommended action: which SKUs to reorder, which to transfer, which are at critical risk. No noise — just the next action.

Buyer

Recommended quantities with confidence level, supplier lead times, and the cost of waiting. One tap to escalate to the supply chain lead for validation.

Sales

Unusual demand signals, promo impact on margin, products at risk of stockout before a committed delivery — surfaced in the format a sales team reads.

CEO / Director

Consolidated view: major risks, arbitrages needed, gains realized and projected. Set the goal — the right information descends and the right signals ascend.

Decisions flow in both directions: a CEO target triggers analysis across purchasing, logistics, and sales — and a terrain observation can surface a margin opportunity all the way to the board.

Security, trust & guardrails

Built to earn trust — not just clear procurement.

Flowra informs and drafts. Your team decides and executes. Always. Three principles govern every recommendation Flowra makes.

Reliability — no confident guesses

When data is incomplete or a forecast can’t stabilize, Flowra withholds the recommendation and explains what is missing. Uncertain answers are never presented as certainties.

Sovereignty — humans approve every change

Flowra is read-only by default. It analyzes connected sources, drafts recommendations, replies, and next actions — but no change to your ERP, CRM, or database happens without explicit human approval.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is Flowra only for inventory?
No. Inventory is Flowra’s first deeply-built use case. The underlying assistant — data ingestion, role-aware answers, evidence-backed recommendations — isn’t inventory-specific. It extends to finance, procurement, sales, and other operational domains as we bring the connectors and business knowledge online.
What data sources does Flowra connect to?
CSV and Excel files, ERPs like Odoo and SAP, e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, and any SQL database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. The same pipeline handles every source — one configuration per source.
Do I need a stock-card or opening inventory to use it?
No. Flowra reconstructs inventory positions from net transaction flow, so you get answers even without a clean opening balance or stock card.
How does the ML risk score work, and is it explainable?
Every product is scored low, medium, high, or critical based on velocity, cover days, lead time, and seasonality. Each score comes with the contributing factors and a recommended action — auditable, not a black box.
How is my data isolated and secured?
Multi-tenant isolation with per-tenant scoping, SOC 2 Type II controls, EU/US region pinning, and encryption in transit and at rest.
How long does setup take?
Most ops teams get their first stockout risk and dead stock report within minutes by uploading a CSV. Connecting an ERP or SQL source typically takes under a day — no development resource required.
Can I ask questions in plain language?
Yes. Ask-your-data chat lets you ask things like “which products will stock out next month?” and get an answer with the evidence behind it.
What’s the difference between Flowra and a BI dashboard?
Static BI dashboards wait for you to ask. Flowra keeps syncing, scoring, and alerting in the background, so the answer is ready before you ask.
Do you support SSO?
Yes — single sign-on with providers including Okta, Google, and Microsoft.
How quickly does Flowra detect stockout risk and dead stock?
Flowra re-scores your entire catalog on every sync — typically nightly or on-demand. Stockout risk alerts surface SKUs within 14 days of a cover breach; dead stock flags appear when a SKU has had no movement above threshold for a configurable period (default 90 days).
Can Flowra replace our ERP’s inventory reports?
Not directly — Flowra reads from your ERP rather than replacing it. What it replaces is the manual analysis: the export, the pivot table, the debate about which SKUs matter. Your ERP stays the system of record; Flowra becomes the decision layer on top of it.
